Join the Team 16 Fellows Program.

Team 16 will train the next generation of progressive leaders and issue advocates. Fellows emerge from this six-week program highly skilled in the tools community organizers use every day to create the change our campaign is bringing to the Bronx and Westchester.

Team 16 Fellowships involve either working alongside veteran organizers on #TeamAndom or engaging in direct political education with experts across the country. Each track culminates with a community engagement event organized entirely by the fellows for the campaign. Event topics focus on important issues, such as climate change, health care, education, comprehensive immigration reform, economic equality, and women’s rights.

The Fellowship is largely remote, and anyone across the United States can participate. Applicants in the New York Metro Area and Westchester will be added to teams who will meet occasionally throughout the six-week program.
